Excellent Customer Service!!

I bought a tent for the first time which I have no idea what type of tent to get, and a lady, Sue from the store 512 in Bristol was so patient with me. She spent so much time giving me the advice and explaining everything to me. I am very glad and 100% satisfied with not only with the product but also with Sue’s advice.

Excellent service, even though I returned the item

My order was delivered quickly and the item - a cashmere beanie - was fab quality. I returned it (wasn't right for me) but - gah - without my order details. I rang them, they'd received the anonymous beanie but didn't know who it was from. 'Me' (plus my details), I told them - and they had refunded me within the hour. Amazing. Bete noir of the masses House of Fraser, take note.

Best Online Shopping Experience!

I have been a customer of black.co.uk for more than a year now, and their service has never fail to impress me.
The quality of products are commendable ( I have never received a faulty product and all my products from them resist wear even after a year) and shipping is really fast.
Plus, every time you order, you'll receive points which will be converted to cash and can be used anytime in your next order.
Definitely recommend!!
