Great customer service!
Emanuel was really friendly, helpful and professional when helping me select a new pair of walking shoes. I had been having difficulty selecting a pair that fits at other shops and everyone I encountered in the shop was very friendly, and helpful.
I left the shop thinking I will definitely be back for other outdoors purchases, and will prioritise this shop over other, closer options to make sure I make the right decision when buying gear.

Huge thanks to Emmanuel and John for their assistance in helping me find some new walking boots this afternoon for an upcoming walking challenge.
