Friendly service.

Good stock levels, found an excellent jacket. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Louise. Great service!

Hazel was excellent when I recently…

Hazel was excellent when I recently visited the shop to buy some carabiners / she gave me discount on the second item - I really love blacks of Yeovil and hope they can remain open (as lots of other high street shops are closing !)

Blacks Yeovil - Excellent

Have used Blacks in Yeovil many times. The team are always helpful offering good advice. Tom helped me purchase a Berghaus jacket today. He offered impartial advice on the options available. Very good service.

Helpful

I always use Blacks in Yeovil for outdoor clothing. The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. Hazel was particularly very helpful today when I was shopping for a fleece and light waterproof jacket.

I went in to buy…

I went in to buy some re waterproof for my jacket and shorts. Hazel was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Blacks for your out door requirements.

Excellent service

We were served by Hazel today. She was very friendly and helpful. She suggested we bought one of the half price items and so we bought a new torch. We are very pleased with it. X

I visited the Yeovil store to buy a…

I visited the Yeovil store to buy a pair of new walking shoes. I was able to try (in my size) all the shoes I was interested in, the prices were very competitive and the service from Will (I think that’s right but apologies if I have the name wrong) was first class, with no hard sell, all the time I needed to try them on and all the advice I needed in terms of features and prices etc. On top of that there was National Trust membership discount to apply at the till! Nothing not to like, thank you all at Blacks Yeovil.
