Same as the other reviews, wish I had known about trustpilot, save your money. they do not respond to emails, webpage query or social media messages.
A total scam

Facebook add for a snoregaurd
Paid an never shipped of received.

Email tracking goes to a 404 error load page. AVOID AT ALL COST

Scaming people that are trying to recover health are putrid human beings

Same as everyone else, no product received, no email responses from them. Absolute fraudsters

Total scam, placed order 6 weeks ago, money taken, heard nothing, have emailed 3 times, nothing!!

Item never received, got refund through credit card company. Then Blackwall took a further payment, ( I believe for VIP). Have emailed a few times but no joy in receiving the money back

This company have taken my money and not supplied the mouth guard. I have emailed but no reply or response.
Guessing they are scammers

Mouth guard never turned up and tried to contact company so many times with no response.

Another one hit on this scam! Attempted to chase without success and so I am now chasing it through my CC who have handled it well. Anyone affected needs to either contact their CC or their Bank to get their money back so that Blackwell don’t benefit financially. You can use the section 75 chargeback

Ordered in August, the website states that all orders are despatched within 48 hours, 3 weeks later my order still hasn't despatched, they don't reply to emails EVER and I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund via my bank and hopefully putting a block on them charging me any further. This company is 100% a scam....AVOID! I wish I'd read e trust pilot reviews before falling for a Facebook advert

Ordered the mouthpiece in the start of June and it's now September, they have taken two payments from my bank account (DONT KNOW WHY!) and I still haven't received my mouthpiece. They haven't replied to my emails either, AVOID THIS COMPANY

No product received. Bank has disputed and refunded but they attempted to charge me again. Do not use this site at all!

Would rate 0 stars if I could! Never received my mouthguard, and they have taken more money from my bank - I am now pursuing a refund from my bank as I strongly believe they are fraudsters. All emails are bouncing, and they won't respond from their website "helpdesk".

Payment taken (Jun 25) but no product ever shipped or received. No replies to multiple emails. Now they have taken £23 out my bank account for some kind of subscription that I haven’t signed up to. contacted my Credit Card company to put a block on attempts to take further payments from my account.

Scam. Payment taken (Jun 23), no product ever shipped or received. No replies to multiple emails. my CC company reversed the charge (Aug 18), and they just charged me again today (Aug 25). Talking to CC company again now to resolve the second fraudulent charge.

You have not replied to any of the multiple emails that I have sent. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I bought the Blackwall relief anti snore mouth guard, witch did not work at all. But it's there VIP service that is the scam. When I ordered the mouth guard, I was offered a free 30 day trial to there VIP service. I did not sign up to this as I did not want it. They then charged me $29 dollars for this ( im in the UK so it was around £22). They ignored all my emails. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. And then the following month they charged me again. So im having to go through my bank again.

I order a mouth guard from this company but I have not received anything from this company. I emailed to them many times but no one response. It is definitely a scam!
