Fantastic service from start to finish. Claire was always there to answer any questions that we had. Jill and Lynne were professional and efficient with both our sale and purchase. Thanks also to Christina who was very informative on completion and exchange. Would highly recommend to anyone.

She provided us with such amazing service, keeping us updated all the way through from start to finish. Emma responded so quickly to any questions we had (being first time buyers we had quite a few!).

Emma Butler did an amazing job for my conveyancing case! She kept me informed every step of the way. She normally replies to my emails within 20mins.
I was also pleasantly surprised by her report which was tailor-made for me. I am used to solicitors in the past who just use a generic report for every case.
Blain Boland has been very easy to reach by telephone and email. They always answer the phone and reply emails within a day. I am glad I switched conveyancer to them from a previous firm (didn’t pick up the phone nor reply to emails), even at the expense of losing my deposit of £150 with the previous firm.

Jill Shields deserves the biggest thank you of all. Our Son’s purchasers solicitor was a complete nightmare and Jill went above and beyond to make sure this sale went through. She took work home with her and even emailed me at 11.30pm. Can’t thank you all enough especially Jill. Highly recommended and we will use you again. Thanks so much.

Great service from Blain Boland from start to finish during my recent house purchase at a very busy time of year for them. The completion date was changed at very short notice (2 weeks earlier than planned) by the
vendor but Blain Boland pulled out all the stops and met this tight deadline. :)
