I bought the eSIM for my trip in Morocco, but unfortunately when I activated the eSIM the only internet connection available was LTE (even from the eSIM settings), no 4G. With LTE it was impossible to connect to internet, indeed I was not able to use my GBs. I tried to contact the customer service but only an Al bot is available, not a real customer service. At the end I had to buy an eSIM at the airport. No refund.

J'ai utilisé les services de BNESIM pour plusieurs pays (Turquie, Albanie, Arménie, Macédoine, Géorgie) sans problème. Pour la Turquie bien penser à installer la esim avant d'entrer dans le pays si non le gouvernement turc bloque la Esim. J'ai rencontré ce problème à mon retour en Turquie et BNESIM m'a remboursé. Un très bon service pour un très bon prix

The 30 day eSIM that I purchased cut out 5 days after Activation while away on holiday while I still had 4GB left to use. Customer Service seems designed to fob you off and prevent any problems being raised.
I ended up having to buy another eSIM from a more reliable provider

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit eine Esim von Bnesim für Europa. Seit heute geht diese urplötzlich nicht mehr. Der einzig mögliche Kontakt ist der Chat Boot und der ist absolut unbrauchbar. Man erhält keine Hilfe, man wird vertröstet, hängen gelassen. Ich werde nun eine andere ESim Karte installieren.

Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe, die Mitarbeiter bzw. der KI Chatbote bekommt es nicht gerafft, mir eine Ersatz Sim zukommen zu lassen. Der Betrag wurde aber schnell von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Des weiteren bekomme ich teilweise falsche Informationen. Dass passiert, wenn man an Personal spart und es der KI übergibt.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had.

I purchased a 20GB package for Saudi Arabia 3 days ago specifically to avoid being left without internet access while traveling. Despite paying for the package, the data was never activated or assigned to my account.

For the past 3 days, I have been trying nonstop to contact support, but the only response I receive is from an AI chatbot repeatedly telling me that my case has been “escalated to the team.” No actual human support, no updates, and absolutely no resolution.

It is completely unacceptable to leave a paying customer without service for days while providing no real assistance or accountability. I paid for a service that I never received, and your support process has been beyond frustrating and ineffective.

Three days without a solution is outrageous. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately along with proper compensation for the disruption and the complete lack of support.

Very satisfied with BNESIM, I have repeatedly purchased the eSIM while traveling in China no connection issues.

very bad, for calls you need ID, they refuse everytime i submit my ID card, with no reason, i send him many message on app support (AI) and whatsapp (also AI) and tell me a human agent will verify your ID , and no one respond or manually verify my ID , AI say that they accepect Moroccan ID but always automaticly rejected , no respond, no support, this app is like created by a robot !!!

I again did not receive any of my Deposit on my account. I had issues with BNE before and wrote customer support arround 20 times and did not get an answer back. Only when you write something bad about them publicly they seem to care. I deposited again 50 BNE and tried to Top up 2 E-Sim profiles but again NOTHING happend. They just tell you its in check but never come back to you or answer any of your requests..

I dont want to complain this often but regarding Payments BNE is not trustworthy at all. You cant trust that you get the money you send them and have to hope you dont need to wait weeks like i did.

Edit: downgrading to 1-star because of how much frustration I experienced. Yes, Google stuff mostly loaded, and WhatsApp mostly worked, but other web sites and apps timed out consistently. Including DuckDuckGo, which is my main search engine. It looks like there's some serious traffic shaping going on.

Influenced by Reddit reviews I bought a BNE eSim to use in Turkey. I shouldn't have.

First, at random times sites don't load. I mean no site other than google.com loads at all, requests just time out. I'm in Antalya with 4 bars of 5G everywhere, so this is not a poor signal problem. To me it looks like a BNE infrastructure problem. (I mean, you're roaming and your IP is in London.) No, I didn't bother contacting support because I have no interest in going through the "restart phone, clear cookies" script, thank you. I had no problems in my home country and I have no problems on the hotel wifi.

Second, the payment arrived on my card as a recurring payment. The plan is for 5 GB of data valid for 30 days. There is nothing recurring about it, and I also unchecked an auto-topup option. So why is it recurring? Did you plan to charge me again if I ran out of data?

So yeah, it was cheap, but it randomly doesn't work and it looks shady. Not an experience I care to repeat.
