Hi Umer, we can assure you that no payment is taken from your account in advance of the auction. The following information can be found on our website, if you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 0121 312 1212.
When you register your debit card with SagePay they will authenticate and securely store your card details, but NO payment will be taken unless you are a successful purchaser. In the event that you make a purchase we will automatically take a payment from your registered card. You must therefore ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account for the 10% deposit, subject to a minimum of £5,000 plus the administration fee of £2,340 inc. Vat (£1,950 plus Vat).

Bond Wolfe Auction
We used a Bond Wolfe Auction held in October 2024 to sell an investment property in Birmingham.
Our main point of contact was Perm Daley. Throughout she was most professional and responsive to our enquiries.
Wouldn't hesitate to instruct her again in the future if the need arises.

guide prices are not realistic but simply a toll to get persons/individuals bidding.

Great service
We were a little hesitant in selling our house at auction, however Bond Wolfe made the whole process really easy and smooth and we achieved a really good price. Would definitely recommend.
