I bought a Nord Piano 5 from Bonners a couple of months ago, which included a part exchange for my Roland RD2000. Jackie handled the part exchange process, made a fair offer, and a couple of days later the Nord was delivered and the Roland picked up. It was that simple. Once set up, there was a hum from the headphones jack, which I couldn't resolve. I was put in contact with one of their piano specialists, Emma, who went to great lengths to work the problem with me. The piano was collected, inspected, and they could find nothing wrong with it. They offered to cancel the order, but I trusted them and agreed to have it redelivered. On its return the humming was gone. It's still a mystery, but between Jackie and Emma I had excellent service, they really took care of things, and I highly recommend Bonners to you.

It was really great to be able to try several different makes of electric guitars so I could find the one which felt the best to play and produced the sound I was looking for. Rich’s guitar knowledge was really helpful and he was really patient while I decided. I bought a PRS CE 24
which was well set up and suited my style of playing.

If you are looking for a guitar I would recommend Bonners as they have a big selection of makes and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Traded-in a Nord Grand for a Nord Grand 2. My trade-in query was dealt with by Emma and she continued to deal with it all the way through to me dropping off and picking up the new keyboard at the Eastbourne store. It was great to meet Emma and I was impressed with the service I received throughout the process. Lovely staff to deal with and competitive prices. A great experience.

Excellent service friendly staff got a good part exchange deal

My trusty Technics digital piano was over 30 years old and I'd long since bashed the action out of it. Visited the MK store, a real Aladdin's cave of wonders! Enjoyed playing such a wide range, the Kawai Novus NV5s Hybrid Piano was hands down winner, delivered on time just before Christmas and absolutely loving it.

Made a lengthy trip to Milton Keynes in adverse weather conditions in December to visit the Bonners store, initially looking to buy a Yamaha Arius Digital Piano for my daughter as her first Piano. The guys in store were really helpful and let us try out the Yamaha and some equivalents in a similar price bracket at our own pace, and then provided us some demos on a couple of the models we had narrowed down to.
We fell in love with the Kawai KDP120, not having even considered it previously. It was delivered a week later and it has been played every day since - it has a beautiful mellow tone to it. Very thankful to Bonners for the advice and guidance and subsequent smooth delivery, highly recommended.

Really pleased with the Yamaha 845 I purchased from Bonners Music. It was great to be able to try out different pianos in-store before making a decision (especially since I ended up preferring the sound of a different one than I originally wanted!). The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Toby, who was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped with the ordering process. First-class service from start to finish - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality piano!

Really impressed with the piano we have purchased. I went to Bonners a few months before I was ready to purchase to have a play of a few piano's within our price range. I never felt rushed or obliged to place the order there and then, Toby happily let me play on. When I did decide which one I wanted I happily ordered it from Bonners. I'd thoroughly recommend their services and piano's.

I wanted, as an old timer, to get back to playing guitar again and to find one to suit my strength and style.
I was given lots of time to play many guitars as I requested. The discussion and help given was excellent.
After 2hours and twenty guitars I got the perfect Martin guitar and amp for me.

So patient as I chose a new piano. I visited the Milton Keynes store 3 times and the Reigate store. I just knew that I would buy from Bonners as they had been so helpful and not at all pushy. After trying maybe 6 pianos/keyboards I settled on my choice. It was delivered and assembled for me (so glad I paid extra for that service). All staff members I had contact with were brilliant but especially Tim Hough in MK. Thank you

I went to Bonners to replace a broken Yamaha P115. I am not the pianist in our household so I needed really detailed advice to choose between a couple of options at a relatively cheap price point. Phil was incredibly helpful, asking what turned out to be all the right questions as the P223 I eventually bought is absolutely loved by the pianist who plays it.

My purchasing experience was so good I sent my friend Fred there to buy a piano for his partner too, and they are equally satisfied.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, great range of products, both in the piano and guitar sections. Delivery was quick and efficient, our new piano was installed within a week of purchase, we are delighted with it.
