Bonners Music were brilliant at handling the sale of a Fender American Performer Stratocaster in the colour I wanted, and also I provided a link to a cheaper priced one elsewhere and they priced matched it which was excellent service.
The guitar was delivered on time and was very well packaged. Box within a box and plenty of packaging material in-between. The guitar is every bit of what I'd hope for, well set up and in tune. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future and highly recommend.

The advice I received was knowledgeable and honest, the selection of pianos is excellent. I had very specific requirements but was able to get exactly the piano I wanted. I would definitely recommend Bonners.

I liked the way the staff member allowed me to take my time to explore different models and check out their capabilities. If I had questions (and I did have several) she was able to answer them with her expertise and knowledge. I owned a digital piano years ago but was out of touch with what current models are capable of doing. She greatly helped in explaining much of this to me. A very enjoyable experience. And the Kawaii Digital Piano which I eventually chose is great!

Bonners initially was really helpful on the phone, answering queries and giving us specifics of what was in stock before we arrived. They were then very helpful on the day, giving us plenty of advice and time to ourselves to try out the pianos. We spent hours there and felt very welcome to stay as long as we liked and ask as many questions as we wanted. We did buy a piano and received very good service regarding the delivery arrangements. We are really happy with the piano so far and look forward to getting it's initial tuning as a complimentary service.

I intended to buy a new piano for some time but having returned to learning /taking lessons after a long while, I decided to take the plunge and actively seek out a deal.
Decided on Bonners for a variety of reasons-
Rang and was ably assisted by Toby Ingram who discussed a variety of baby grand pianos with me. Most helpful- in addition, I looked online for demos on Utube and recommendations from Alamo music centre who assessed, played and thought the GC1 was a good buy.
Decided on Bonners and dealt with Toby because of the positive, helpful and genuine advice he gave.
There were several points to bear in mind:

• Bonners offered the best price by far.
• Free delivery to your site on ground level.
•Free first complimentary tuning.
• Free leather covered piano seat stool.
• free hyrometer for monitoring humidity
• A ten year warranty if registered within a certain time frame.
• Took my old piano (Eavestaff) away free of charge.

All in all, a wise decision,
A clear delivery date set and a smooth, organised conveyance/ transport took place. Excellent lads who delivered and assembled the piano in its place.

Delighted with the quality of build, finish, sound, action and quilted cover that was extra, but well worth it.

A piano company with many alternatives and choices, finding the model I required was easy, with several Branches to choose for a personal test, the visit was easy and with no pressures for buying ; finally finding the Model I was happy with, transaction was swift, and also having given a generous Part-Exchange amount for my old Piano, good service all through out.

Fantastic service by the whole team at Bonner's Eastbourne.Extremely patient while I decided which instrument to buy! I was afraid that whatever decision I made would be wrong, however with the help and guidance of the team I made the right decision and purchased the CASIO PX-S7000 in Harmonious Yellow and am over the moon with it (Even had it in stock so I could take it home)

I bought a Yamaha keyboard with bench and stool, staff were friendly and everything arrived when expected. If I want anything else music related Bonners will be my first choice.

I exchanged my Yamaha versatile piano for a Yamaha Genos 2 with a speaker set. Bonners gave me a very good price for my old piano and their team collected the old one and delivered the new one. They were exceptional, courteous, careful and fast making the deal a pleasant surprise. I’m so glad I used Bonners, I can’t fault them in any way and they are also extremely friendly.

I contacted Bonners and spoke with Tom about purchasing a Roland electric piano. Tom was friendly, professional and so helpful. A mind of information. Answered all my questions, giving excellent advice. Purchased my HP702 light oak piano, with stool and head phones. An excellent price with 10 year warranty. Was kept informed about the delivery. After care service has been brilliant too. Vicki has helped a lot. Nice to know someone is only a phone call away if I need help. Piano itself is beautiful. The quality second to none. The sound is perfect. Loving learning to play. Highly recommend Bonners.

Bonners website is informative and easy to use so visiting a branch to try out a possible purchase was a natural follow on.
I bought my first piano as a result and was very impressed with the guidance and service and the exceptional help of the delivery guys as nothing was too much trouble.
Five years on I decided to upgrade so naturally went to Bonners where I was able to try as many pianos as I wanted and no pressure to buy. Eventually I made a choice after a few visits with help from Tony and traded in my original piano
Again the delivery guys were so helpful and the piano was soon installed and I am so happy with this purchase.
I have no idea whether I will upgrade again but if I do it will definitely be from Bonners.

Bonners have a great showroom so lots of opportunity to find the right piano. I was looking to replace an aged and rarely used Clavinova (30 plus years old) and restart learning to play. It took me 3 mornings to make up my mind but David was always at hand to answer queries and give me an idea of what my options were and how the pianos could sound. I chose the installation option and the guys were on time and professional and made set up look easy. It took me a while to get used to some of the nuances of playing such a realistic instrument but I love it. I would definitely recommend Bonners

Great support and assistance in Purchasing my dream machine and home setup. Advice on accessories, advising on time to wait and also price matching, everything was handled brilliantly.
