EDIT 2: Hi Kate, We accept returns 7 days after delivery so that we can still resell the bonsai in the event someone changes their mind. If there is an issue we welcome contact as soon as possible. There is always a reason a bonsai does not thrive and the sooner we are contacted the better we can help. We have a whole area of the website dedicated to care and advice and we want the bonsai to do well and be a rewarding experience. By sending a photograph we can give you the correct advice. Obviously the longer an issue is left unresolved, the worse the problem could be. We would never send a sick bonsai. Every single one is checked prior to dispatch. I would like to help which is why we are kindly requesting a photograph. Many thanks

EDIT 4: Hi Kate, In no way are we trying to be difficult. We simply have no reference of your order. Nothing matches, so we only ask for the order number otherwise we question if the bonsai has been purchased from us. We have no photo either to see the symptoms as per our request and cannot match any of your details. We just need this information to establish the cause of the decline in the bonsai and to see if we should replace it. Kind regards Sarah

We completely understand your disappointment and we appreciate your comments about the excellent help from our team and the stunning bonsai you received.

Unfortunately by the time you had contacted us, your bonsai had already died, if we had been contacted sooner then it is more likely that we could've helped your bonsai.

As explained by our experts, from the photos you have provided and the information given, it sounds like your bonsai dried out. You had said that your bonsai was also exposed to direct sunlight.

We can assure you that our bonsai are thoroughly checked before shipping and the same expert who gave their advice via email was the person who checked it before sending it so they were shocked to see that it had died.

We are really sorry that you have lost your beautiful bonsai.

I am truly sorry that you are disappointed with the bonsai order. As I have said on the phone we have checked 3 separate computers and have not received a reply to the email which we sent you, asking for photos. This is why you have not had a reply from us. We are always quick in replying. You should expect a reply within a few hours on a working day. There will always be a reason why a bonsai loses leaves and we would love to help. Please can you kindly forward the email or resend the photos. I have also checked the server and we have never received a reply from you so have been unable to help.
