The testing was carried out by a competent profession young lady in excellent conditions. At no time was I able to see which keys she was pressing therefore I could not guess how I was expected to respond. I found it to be a very professional hearing test. The examiner listened to all my wife had to say. The fitting of my new hearing aids quickly carried out with no problems and so far no problems.

Very thorough examination, with detailed explanation given by L Babu. Time given to choosing the aids most suitable to my needs and again she was happy to go over options more than once. Also appreciative of my mobility issues getting in and out of the booth.

Friendly helpful staff who insure you understand what there saying.no problem if u need to return(in my case a few times.cant remember the guys name but 10/10 for his help and understanding to an older lady customer.

When I went for my hearing test and fitting I was made very comfortable and the examiner explained everything thoroughly from the test to the actual fitting and how to take care of my hearing aids

The Hearing Aid Audiologist was very knowledgeable, very friendly and honest! She explained it all to me and my wife very well and after having a little try with some hearing aids it was like a light bulb moment! The difference was unbelievable! After being told for yeas that nobody can do any for me regarding my hearing loss, I was so pleased that finally my hearing can be improved!

The hearing specialist gave me a full and thorough hearing test and I felt she understood the problems I have with my current hearing aids which were not from Boots. I look forward to receiving my new hearing aids from Boots and trust that they will give me the satisfaction I crave.
