Boots Hearingcare - Abergavenny レビュー

Very impressed with the hearing test, how thorough it was and how helpful Caragh was. Another appointment booked for hearing aid fitting.

Just purchased my latest set of hearing aids :- upgrading from initial battery type , to rechargeable , to now best digital Phonak and the support experience has been superb from the audiologist Leanne Andrews .
I am so happy with the kit and the way they have been prepared and adjusted precisely for my needs

I believe it was down to the people and when I met Caragh Davies she made me feel at ease and was so helpful having arranged a follow up appointment a short time after my initial consultation 👍

The appointment making was easy and the audiologist was on time, very pleasant and helpful.
The follow up support appointment will hopefully be the opportunity to discuss any teething problems. So far, so good.

Appointment was on time and assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything with no pressure to buy.

Depth of knowledge of the hearing professional providing advice assisted by the fact that she is a hearing aid wearer so understands customer needs

My initial experiences were on 20th, 23rd and 26th April.
On each occasion my hearing aid audiologist, Caragh, welcomed me in a friendly manner and dealt with me, throughout, in a reassuring, calm and professional way.
All my questions were answered and, in less than a week, I was provided with a pair of aids and received all the advice and encouragement I could have wanted. I have a few questions to pose at my next appointment but in the meantime the transformation in my ability to hear clearly was instant and transformational.

Excellent treatment from the staff who made it very easy to appreciate what they were doing and what it entailed

A great job was done. I got wax removed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to trial hearing aids for half an hour, which was useful. I’m glad of the 90 day trial so that I am sure they are everything I’m hoping. The interest free option made it possible for me to choose the ones that suited my requirements.

I really feel supported and have been given excellent care

On time, no rush or hurry Lots of time explaining and care

Leanne was very kind and helpful

I enjoyed the time I was in having my years sorted. The lady was absolutely fabulous. I couldn’t fault her. She was so kind how she explained it all. She was just excellent and amazing. Thank you so much

I made the appointment online with ease. Caragh the specialist called me in on time. The whole experience was smooth, plus I was spoken to with clarity explaining what was going to happen, I had some wax in the one ear while being examined and was asked to apply oil for a week. On my return the wax was removed with a suction tool that took about 10 seconds, painless and I thought safer than ear syringing with no mess. I am waiting for my hearing aids that I know are going to work as I was fitted with temporary ones and went for a coffee to see how I got on with them. I didn't realise what conversations I had been missing and could hear the birds singing again.. Am I glad I went to Boots? Yes I am. Great work thank you for giving me back the sounds I have forgotten where there.

Very thorough and helped with our limited times to be seen.

The consultation was brilliant and thorough the consultant was fantastic and talked me through the whole process. A credit to Boots.

Great lady, very very comfortable process

Leanne Andrews made the experience great.
Her obvious ability sense of humor and skill made the visit totally worthwhile.I was abit of a skeptic but the
result proved to me how much I needed the Aids
