I would highly recommend a hearing test with Emma Wright. She is really helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered all my questions.The aftercare service is second to none.

Excellent service

In 2017 one of the receivers at the end of my right hearing aid broke off. I could not find it and booked an appointment with Boots Hearing and saw an Audiologist. He basically belittled me saying that the receiver was far too large to be stuck in my ear had a quick look, changed the wire on my hearing aid and sent me on my way. Ever since that day I have had ear ache in my right ear, my hearing aid never fitted correctly, and I would get alot of reverb from that hearing aid. I booked many appointments with Boots over the years to try and get this resolved without any success.

So 7 years after this happened I decided to go get my ears cleaned professionally by another provider. She has shocked to pull out the end of the hearing aid from my ear, it had been in there for 7 years, she said that I was lucky not to have got an infection and damaged my hearing even more.

Emma was very helpful & clearly explained my options

I can’t fault anyone from Timon the Audiologist through to other staff members including the Duty Pharmacist. I sadly have Parkinson’s Disease and having problems swallowing. I unfortunately chocked on something and unfortunately couldn’t get my breath Timon was so calm talking to me, someone got me some water and eventually I calmed down and at this point the Pharmacist came in to check I was ok. I can’t thank everyone enough for the kindness and support they all gave me.
Eventually we were able to continue my. Assessment. I was very frightened, but the kindness of everyone was simply THE BEST

Timo the audiologist explained the options clearly and answered my question.
He was calm and clear throughout.
Although my appointment was time limited it felt like I had as much time as I needed.

Hamza was very helpful and explained everything and despite the fact that I really didn’t want to admit that I had a hearing issue I accept I have and will very soon be able to hear.

Excellent service. Charlotte was friendly and professional, I felt comfortable and I had complete faith in how she handled my test and explained the results. I decided to proceed with the hearing aids she suggested, on the basis of the information she imparted.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff. Gave constructive information so that I could make an informed choice. Offered me an array of products from cheapest to most expensive. No hard sell to buy expensive items, just what would be suitable for me.
Came away feeling content with my purchase.
