Amrit’s thorough hearing review and assessment, of its’ own, was most helpful of course.
As well as that, my wholehearted thanks for her kindness and initiative in making a request from Boots Hearingcare on my behalf, regarding a bespoke accessory for my hearing aids that will improve my hearing still further.
This showed how carefully Amrit had listened to me and followed up with a way she could help. She booked an additional appointment for me that day and I can now look forward to hearing even better once again!
It’s this level of care and diligence that characterises both the staff there and Boots Hearingcare as well.

Audiologist Haashim was thorough, helpful and friendly

Visited boots Ashton-under-Lyne for a hearing check and to collect my new hearing aids. Haashi M, spent a lot of time adjusting testing and going through everything I needed to know, I had no questions because he made everything very clear from the start.

Professional and friendly approach with proportionate advice.

My hearing had been declining and my existing aids were providing minimal clarity. A new test would not be permitted until 2027 so, as my wife was having a eye scan at Ashton I went along and managed to book an initial test in late July.
The Audiologist, Haashim was patient , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The new aids were to be tailored to my specific needs and are mid range.
After a week I returned on Friday for a final fitting and test. Haashim again set things up and tweaked the ear pieces and sound to suit me. He explained how to operate the pieces, including the daily recharging and use of the online app.
After two days I am finding things to be in a different ball park to my older aids and am very grateful for the experience. Will be back in a fortnight to view progress!

I was finding it difficult to keep up with conversations sometimes so decided to get my hearing tested. I booked in at Boots Ashton under lyne because of the great reviews.
I am absolutely delighted with the difference my hearing aids have made and equally delighted with the service provided by the audiologist Mr Khawaja.
I was concerned that the service would be pushy but found it to be quite the opposite. I have felt supported every step of the way by Mr Khawaja and highly recommended anyone experiencing hearing loss to go and see him, he will change your life!

I went to my local branch after seeing an advert and thinking my hearing wasn't as good as it used to be. Within in a couple of days I'd had 2 tests and, (only because of holidays), had hearing aids fitted 2 weeks later.
They've been a game changer, the best thing I've done but also the actual service was superb.
Informative, great ongoing aftercare and an overall very pleasant experience. I can highly recommend this branch as an excellent 5* service. If you think your hearing isn't that good then don't hesitate, the hearing test is free with no obligation. It could change your life too!

He is kind, thoughtful and very thorough without the high pressure sell we were happy to purchase as explained how each stage worked so we would know how they would best help mum. Our mum tried NHS hearing aids years ago but refused to give them a chance due to how uncomfortable they were. Now not a day go by where mum isn’t more engaged and is able to enjoy precious family time. Can’t thank you enough.

this was a truly excellent experience . The audiologist was so professional and kind . Haashim was not pushy gave excelent advice and follow up until I could manage to control my hearing aids myself . My hearing aids are discreet and easy to wear

When I went for my appointment for my hearing care I was feeling a little unsettled as I suffer from anxiety from the second I checked in to the end of my appointment I was made to feel like I was a person and it felt like a family atmosphere, To the point I have booked my husband in for his hearing care test. I recommend the service by 💯 and thank you to Mohammad he was brilliant.
