Immediately after hearing aid fitted, left ,went to a store for shopping and could not hear serving assistant.went straight back to Boots hearing centre.Asked for refund, audioligst made further adjustments and asked ifI would agree to a 2 week appointment for further checks. The sound is better but hearing aids keep popping out of ears.Disappointing overall.I will attend the follow up appointment and decide from there.

I needed to be able to hear clearer.
I went to Boots after listening to local Radio when they mentioned about regular hearing tests for the over 40's.
I went along and after having to clear ear wax was told the same diagnosis by 2 Audiologists. I had an in-depth Hearing test at Boots and was asked many in depth questions so that they understood what my issues were. I was very impressed with the Audiologist and how she explained everything to me. No pressure sales and I felt at ease asking what may have been odd questions. Very clear and professional service. Happy to purchase a pair of hearing aids.

Life changing experience
Sana Ali, the Boots Hearing Specialist in Banbury was extremely helpful. She was professional, patient and empathetic. I have been struggling to hear for many years and she has prescribed a hearing aid for my right ear and given a referral letter for my GP to request a cochlear implant as I'm totally deaf in my right ear. I can't think Sana enough for literally changing my life. Would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.
