Have no complaints whatsoever with the actual explanation, demonstration, fitting of the hearing aid. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
My only moan has nothing to do with my visit. It’s the online appointment booking. There was no verification/confirmation Email or txt reminder so I wasn’t sure if the appointment was actually made the first time. I had to phone them up to check. An appointment letter was sent out afterwards.
Apart from this communication problem my two visits (first for hearing test) and the second for the fitting were brilliant even entertaining. So thanks to Leah.
I will be returning for a third appointment in a week time for a few adjustments and to check that the settings are correct etc.

I think Boots are lucky in Bangor to have such a professional and polite audiologist called Leah, so professional and at making everyone at ease, I highly recommend Bangor Northwales Boots hearing care centre for your hearing test.

Leah the audiologist was very helpful and charming to deal with . And made my experience good

Excellent instructional talk with advise
and practical application around the shop by Simon in a relaxed atmosphere regarding the use and the purchase of various aids available and additional features for varying situations. His expertise was a contributory factor in my decision to purchase one of the Boots products, and with thanks to the efficient staff in reception.

The audiologist was both knowledgeable and experienced and exercised patience and understanding.

I was seen on time by a person who carried out a hearing test and made recommendations that I was happy to accept.

The audiologist, Lea, in Bangor has been very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of testing and supplying/fitting my hearing aids. Assistance in setting up on my phone was invaluable.

Very thorough hearing test espesially the background noise test. The tester was very informative and explaind every part of the process.

It would be helpful if boots Bangor would print the correct opening times. Very misleading to say 8pm . They closed at 5.30. Especially since how I’d travelled 20 miles

Lizzie was fantastic with my 87 year old father, who has struggled with his old hearing aid for many years. The testing was thorough and high tech. The advice was clear and precise. My father is overjoyed with the results and awaiting the new mod hearing aids!

I went for an appointment at the Bangor Gwynedd branch this afternoon to be told there was no appointment and I would need to rebook.
I wasn't happy at this- a wasted journey- and felt Boots had not treated me well.

I was seen at short notice very polite and helpful, service was good explained everything clear and easy

Very relaxed and friendly approach. Each procedure and test carefully explained.

Was met by a lovely lady called Amy, she talked us through and explained everything to my husband and I.
We decided which ones to go for….and got them yesterday👌
Amy reassured us that we can call her if we any problems 👍
