A very friendly and professional service. I was treated as a valued customer by all staff who helped me with my choice of hearing aids. and Although I have only had them for a week, they are making my hearing so much easier. They have actually exceeded my expectations.

Gwen at the Basildon Boots Hearing care has been very professional and helpful all the way through the process. I am very happy with the service I was given, and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a hearing test.

I had a thorough hearing test and the audiologist explained things very well. The only downside was when I went to have my hearing aids fitted I would have liked more time to practise putting them in. Consequently I did not feel confident inserting them properly.

I was not given any advice. I wanted to upgrade my in the ear hearing aid.
I was shown a book, he pointed at the bronze range, with no information, I said perhaps the silver range wld be better, he then priced at £100 more than brochure price.
And said it was a different company??
One of the aids is so big it is too uncomfortable to wear& no Bluetooth, no volume control & no rechargeable batteries, which I thought I was getting.

I have responded to the Boots request below and have given my contact details and a more information regarding my complaints/issues.

One of my hearing aids stopped working. I phoned the company and the lady who answered the phone tried to help deal with the problem over the phone. When that couldn’t be done she booked me in for a same day appointment at my local store.
This has always been the case when we’ve had to ring, they are always so helpful.

Jacqui, your audiologist was extremely helpful and reassuring. She made the whole process of initiating hearing aid use into a pleasurable experience and went above and beyond customer service.

The lady that I saw was very very helpful and made me feel at ease.
