Lady carrying out my hearing assessment, Sheema, was very professional & helpful. Asked the right questions & answered my questions & any concerns I had. I came away feeling I had made the correct decision as I have only had NHS aids which now, due to my hearing deteriorating are not suitable. Very happy.

I bought hearing aids from Boots a few years ago and yearly had support appointments. However, I am having massive problems trying to arrange one this year. I have had 7 appointments cancelled, with varying excuses why. I am a 78 year old woman and am feeling extremely let down and totally disappointed with the service. I can’t travel to distant Boots stores and need your support be able to visit my local one. I paid a lot of money for these hearing aids and was told I had a support service too, now because of this situation, I just don’t know what to do and really need help!!!!!

So far very good...only need to check if Boots price match other hearing add providers as the aids are more expensive buying through them HOWEVER the service is excellent, as is the back up and this added value off sets some of the difference in price

Very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I could not have asked for more.

Excellent care from the audiology dept appointments on time and very friendly and professional. Only downside was the time I had to wait for appointments.

Only reason for 4 stars not five was the background noise of both chatter and music when trying to do hearing tests. Otherwise great service, Adam Lock was very thorough and explained everything well.

Excellent. Very competent audiologist and put you at complete ease.

Everything was done very efficiently and explained well. The only thing thing that could be improved upon is to upgrade the air conditioning unit which is quite noisy.

My visit inspired me with confidence. My hearing tests were very thorough. Adam was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products on offer. I made selection from hearing aids after all features and options explained to me and am pleased with my purchase.
