My experience was made great because of the time spent by Ayan in listening to my specific needs in order to give me the hopefully the best possible solution. She listened and observed very well and I felt comfortable giving her information.

Staff explained everything to me carefully. I was very satisfied with his care. I will go there again for other service(s).

We visited the Hagley Road Birmingham branch this afternoon and were very pleased with the professional service we received. Haider was our audiologist. He explained everything clearly and took time to understand the nature of my husband’s difficulties. He was not ‘pushy’ with regarding to choosing a hearing aid but explained all the options and gave us clear information which enabled us to make our choice.
I would recommend Haider as someone who is professional and efficient whilst still being friendly and pleasant. Many thanks

Arrived 7 minutes late due to traffic!! The woman said she has to arrange appointment as an other appointment was due at 4 ! She was rude hence I e booked to go somewhere different other than boots on hagley road , won’t be using boots at all ….

Miriam at Hagley Road Birmingham was brilliant. Phonak roger on connection with my hearing aids not working. Last minute appointment on Christmas Eve sorted it. Thank you so much Miriam. You helped me have a better Christmas than I had expected. Gold star for you.

Lovely friendly and knowledgeable audiologist. She made the whole process straightforward, good value and interest free purchase option.

Very quick to book in and take my money however cancelled appointment just over an hour before due so waste of a day off then when I tried to book another appointment was told soonest was in 4-5 weeks time and then later as no apps on my days off and don’t work Saturdays. Kept offering days I said I was unavailable so got the impression he wasn’t listening to me and didn’t really care. Very disappointed in a company who I have always associated good service with before.

Cancelled at 7.30 on morning of my collection and final testing . Away for 3 weeks now and no hearing aid .

The audiologist was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but my overall experience was disappointing to say the least! I was only offered Phonak hearing aids, at a price of £3500, with a 15% discount! The TV box I was told was “thrown in” with these aids, was charged at a price of over £1200, before discount. The hearing aids that I had put in my ears to try out were the cheapest in the range, not the same as I was going to buy. I was told they were unsuitable for me and weren’t very good! Having paid the deposit, I checked them out when I arrived home to find that Phonak aids have 66% 1 star reviews on Trustpilot and that they are owned by the parent company who own the majority shares in Boots Hearing Centres! This is not independent! I cancelled them and have found a truly independent audiologist with over 35 years of experience.

Got my phonak hearing aids a couple of months ago, from
boots on the Hagley road. Initially there were some problems with feedback because of a problem with the shape of my ear canals,
However, with Mariam's help, and new moulds the problem will hopefully now be resolved. A word on Mariam.This girl is exceptional, I cannot express in words how good she is. Give her a big raise now, everyone seems to want a piece of her.Thanks Mariam.

My experience with your audiologist, Miriam, was great and I found her very sympathetic and helpful. It is good to know that there are several more appointments with her to help with any questions or problems I may have with my hearing aid. It is a completely new situation for me and I am sure that I will find good guidance and help for the future.

I have had excellent experience with Boots Hearing Care. The audiologist, Mariam, is clear, very knowledgeable and always welcoming - she is a credit to the company. Very pleased with the hearing aids I purchased (there was no pressure to buy), and with the after-care (copy of the audiology report for my GP, further checks, weekly emails) - this makes me feel that I am not forgotten and that the purchase will prove very worthwhile.

For me Mariam Hijab has the perfect combination of excellent technical knowledge and friendly interpersonal skills that made my appointment with her a pleasure. I came away with my hearing improved and a feeling of reassurance that she managed to convey.

I am yet to squire my hearing aids due to wax in 1 ear but the lady who ran the tests was very good and very understanding!

Consultant professional, pleasant and polite. Answered all my questions.
Easy to find location with plenty of parking.
