Made to feel relaxed.
Tests were done with ease and all was explained in simple terms.
Hearing aids were suggested with care by Louise. Prompt delivery and fully explained when fitted.

They were very thorough l, took their time and treated me with respect. They were kind and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me something I didn't want.

I've just had a hearing review with a chap named Gary, and I can't praise him enough.
It happened that one of my hearing aids had stopped working a few days before. Wire replaced in a couple of minutes. Then he did a full test on my hearing and suggested that I would do better with different ear moulds. Changed those, and my hearing improved instantly. Excellent service.

If I could give zero stars I really would.
After arriving 2 mins late (journey disrupted by car crash - thankfully not mine) the audiologist came barrelling out of their office to announce to the entire store, that he would not test me and that I should take responsibility.
In a rational manner I tried to explain what had happened, however he was more focused on shouting so the whole store could hear that this wasn’t his responsibility.
Really stunned that someone like this is able to work in a customer facing role and did not approach the situation in a more understanding manner. Completely understand my lateness by a couple of mins may require a new booking - just don’t expect to be shouted at in front of the whole store!

Very professional, very up to date testing.

My experience with Boots hearing was a very pleasant one. Tim was understanding & professional & put me at ease..his knowledge of the product was impressive and I am now the owner of phonak aids. I'm hoping the aftercare will be just as good.

Just had my yearly review at Castlepoint, Gary was super efficient with the test and upgraded adjustments. Contact was effortless and just slotted in as if I were at home. Gary is a credit to your team. Thank you. Gary

Very helpful explained everything about my hearing aids and how to look after them

The audiologist was clear, precise, answered my questions, thoroughly so I could understand her.

The individuals involved with my hearing and subsequent purchase have so far done everything possible to make sure I received the best possible treatment
My only issue would be that the charger for my Phonak Audeo 1 have to be plugged in they aren’t wired free charger as per instruction book which when you are spending thousands is very disappointing
On the whole service is excellent

Easy to make an appointment. Brilliant care from the Audiologist. Everything explained very clearly so I understood my options. Great products and prices.

Louise was absolutely amazing explained everything.

Excellent service, Greg explained every detail,l of the testing process in detail and answered all my questions. The software is most impressive and having been in denial about my deteriorating hearing for several years, I finally made the decision to go ahead and purchase. There was no hard sell or pressure just advice on the options available and costs including available discounts on some ranges.
I am looking forward to having my first hearing aids fitted in a couple of weeks and my quality of life improving.

Good service did all it was expected to do efficiently

Very efficient service with good customer care. Good advice and not ‘pushy’ for a sale.

The hearing test was carried out to my satisfaction but unfortunately the cost of the hearing aids was more expensive than can be purchased elsewhere. On that basis I did not proceed.

Great care given due to my mother being very hard of hearing after loss of earring aid.
