The audiologist knew what she was talking about. And the new audiology room was well equipped.

Was seen on time of my appointment. The hearingcare expert was very friendly and very helpful. My hearingcare expert was Gisele. Answered all my questions and was able to fix my hearing aids there and then. showed me how to clean the hearing aids properly. Also helped me download the hearing aid app onto my phone. Could not ask for a better service.

I visited a female audiologist at Boots, Bracknell and was told my ears were clear, wax free and with no sign of infection. The pain continued so I made an appointment with a private specialist at Princess Margaret who said my left ear had a polyp, debris and wax but most importantly a very serious infection. None of this was picked up at Boots.

The Audiologist I saw at Boots was the best I've ever seen. He was very thorough. He explained every thing, every step of the way. He demonstrated everything precisely e.g. How to clean and with what. He even explained the difference between the tones I could here in my hearing aids It was obvious that he really cares,

The audiologist had read and taken note on the questionnaire submitted when booking appointment. I felt the hearing test and questions was very thorough and test results explained very well. The audiologist Atif Khan is excellet. We came to him for my husband's hearing loss and now for my tinnitus. He explained erverything about the assessment and took me through the hearing aid options bets for me including procing.
