I booked an appointment for 10 a.m, arrived on time, was told to sit in a waiting area and then ignored for 15 minutes so I left without having test.

Great service, friendly staff, put the patient at ease throughout the process, would most definitely recommend…

Extremely professional, friendly and person centred approach at both my visits to Boots Hearing Care in Bradford. Couldn’t be more impressed (and it’s not easy). Had read there’s a hard sell on hearing aids too but couldn’t have been further from the truth. The staff that I have met are a total credit to Boots Hearing Care.

The Audiologist was so helpful and excellent at explaining my options. This made the whole experience much easier.

The appointment was conducted in a professional manner, was extremely thorough and informative. At no point was I pressured to buy anything and my requirements were both listened to and understood

Excellent service really attentive I am registered severely sight impaired and Awais provided a great personalised service.

Awais and Iqra have both been really helpful and very professional. They have both explained the new hearing aids thoroughly. They are both very friendly.

I would just like to say how impressed I am with the care and patience both Iqra and Awais showed towards my elderly mum at her recent hearing test and fitting appointments. They both need commending and celebrating in my opinion. If only more people were like them the world would be a much nicer place. Thankyou. 😁

Excellent service

I have been attending the Darley St Bradford branch for hearing care for two years. My current consultant is Iqra Hakeem, who is responsible for making sure my hearing aids work correctly. At my latest appointment she recommended I had the wax in my ears removed before she could do the necessary tests. The expert that carried out the procedure was Awais Elahi. I cannot rate either of these people highly enough. Both were at pains to make me comfortable, took time to explain what was about to happen and why and made what could have been an unpleasant experience - especially the wax removal - almost enjoyable! Very glad I chose Boots for my hearing care.

The young lady I saw was so helpful and explained every step which made the experience good for me .

The staff were very helpful and friendly, took time with the appointment to understand my needs and stuck within the budget given without trying to upsell to a better model.

Had a hearing test last month and photographs in my ear canal shown I had an infection in both ears.
The test could not be done but I had a referral from Awais Elahi from the Broadway Store to go to my doctors.
I was given antibiotics and now my ears have healed.
Awais was professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Boots hearing.
