Brenda put Roger at ease and talked to him only referring to me if he was having difficulties which was great and just the way to manage his dementia. She had patience and took the time to explain things to him, she was great!

Careful setting up of recommended hearing aids. Good instruction on daily fitting a and maintenance of equipment. Well pleased.l

Everything was explained to me. I didn't feel pressured to buy an aid.

Peter went out of his way to make sure he could accommodate my trip overseas without compromising on my ability to experience my new hearing aids.

Went to Boots audiologist at Westwood cross Ramsgate, Absolutely supurb, polite and very professional, Thank-you Peter who referred me to the local A and E for treatment ,you may well have saved my hearing fingers crossed, my upmost respect and thanks, a true professional and highly recommended

My appointment was on time,also very informative,and the following appointment was also very knowledgeable.i would recommend Boots hearing clinic.

The professional in store is excellent and willing to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my hearing aids. I will say that I think the product is over priced. However, after leaving the store any contact with the background staff for matters on appointment changes, is totally useless. A phone number that no one’s appears to answer. A repeating message advising you to go on line to re’ arrange appointments. Or e mail them. The first on line, is not user friendly and I was unable to arrange anything. I e mailed and it took nearly a week before I received a reply, which just told me I needed to call the telephone number. I went to the store and re’ booked an appointment, the next day I received a call from the Westwood store. They told me that the appointment I had made with the staff the previous day still not on the system. Communication Not Good!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable audiologist.He was very helpful and gave me lots of advice in a clear way, that was easy to understand and answered all my concerns.

Georgia was a most courteous, friendly and helpful audiologist who explained the hearing test, the results and the options available clearly and succinctly. Again. on collection of my new hearing aids, she gave very clear and simple explanation of all the options available on them. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids and I don't think I could have received better care or service.

I was very pleased at how my appointments went concerning my hearing tests and the fitting of hearing aids.
