The audiologist was very helpful, and instructed me about what I could expect from my new hearing aids.

The whole experience was easy and straightforward. Every thing and my options were clearly explained. Highly recommend

No communication from them in over 2 years I have boots hearing aids and glasses. Fed up now have new hearing aids and glasses from someone else who treats me like a human being. Absolutely awful service

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I had a thorough hearing test and the audiologist explained the pros and cons of the different hearing aids available and there was no pressure to buy

Zara was very helpful listened to the the problems I have with my hearing also acknowledged input from my Daughter explained her diagnosis and explained the options open to me well leaving me to decide on the final choice which best suited my circumstances.

Zara very professional and helpful , went through a full hearing test with me and explained the range of hearing aids that were available of which we chose the aide most suitable for me

Really helpful advice throughout each visit..made me feel relaxed and able to have a conversation with Zara rather than being talked down to. A very enjoyable visit with no worries.

Zara was very patient, thorough and explained everything very well. She took time to make sure I understood the results of the hearing tests and was happy to try out the hearing aids. There was no pressure at all and I am very pleased with my decision to go ahead with the purchase. I have been wearing the aids for a week or so now and am very happy with them. Everything appeared to have been explained but as was first time been for hearing aid time will tell.

After a deeply unpleasant incident in Boots Hearing care I did a subject access request (it's free, anyone can do it) and was horrified at what I discovered going back 3 years. On the written record, the audiology assistant had made jokes at my expense, referred to me as 'strange' and commented on my likes and dislikes unrelated to my hearing. It was clear to me that this is the culture of that particularly branch.
If you aer thinking of going there, jus keep it in mind.

Because Zara was patient and helpful and it made my first experience of hearing aids that much easier and I am very pleased with the result.

Zara is absolutely amazing and I have been with her now for few years, before that I was with other providers but none were as great as Zara, efficient, very helpful and experienced to explain my hearing issues, always happy to help and care about my hearing loss.

Zara was absolutely amazing in helping me to understand everything regarding my hearing and what parts were lost. She was also very good at explaining the different types of hearing aids available and which would suit me and my budget best.
