I suspected that my hearing had worsened and the initial test confirmed this. I was treated professionally and with dignity. Everything was explained clearly ans appointments were made to suit.my commitments.

I was really impressed with the service. Everything was explained and I felt relaxed and at ease through the whole process. Very happy indeed. I cannot wait to get my hearing aid fitted. Thank you.

After so many years of nhs treatment that was never going to get any better, becoming more and more frustrated. I was extremely overwhelmed by the care, treatment and the professionalism of the employee who helped me of which I have to apologise because I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely amazing and fantastic I cannot thank him enough. I would highly recommend to anyone having severe problems as mine to at least see somebody within the boots care 10/10👏👏👏👏

Naeem the Audiologist was brilliant. He walked my wife through every stage of the process, Was kind and patient and thoroughly explained everything, she has been back 3 times (2 weekly) to see Naeem who shows concern that everything is going well and checks all is OK both with the Aids and her hearing.
On top of this there is interest free credit and points on your Boots Store Card.

Took advantage of boot free hearing test and so glad I did. Hearing loss diagnosed and now have aids which have made a great difference to my everyday life. I felt very confident with the tester who fully explained every step of the process. The process of ordering hearing aids was very straightforward and had a couple of checks after getting them. I was given a full explanation of the aids and what to expect. Can’t recommend the Burnley centre highly enough

I have recently had hearing aids fitted at Boots in Burnley. The man in the hearing department was very good in fitting them. I can now hear everything clearer now as before I was struggling to hear many things.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their hearing.

Love my new hearing aids fitted by Naeem. Great quality of sound, ability to hear my phone conversations, tv and music improved my day to day greatly. Naeem helped me with hearing aids choices and made sure my hearing aids did everything I wanted. I felt looked after. Thank you Naeem.
