Qasim was very thorough and explained the process of the testing well

Good communication. Very thorough overall a very positive experience.

I recently accompanied my elderly mother to an appointment at Boots Hearingcare in Burton on Trent and we were both really impressed. Q was fantastic — funny, reassuring, and incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. He put my mum completely at ease, and she’s genuinely delighted with her new hearing aids. We would highly recommend the service.

The only downside is that the centre is located upstairs with no lift access. For anyone with mobility issues, this could be a real challenge, and it’s something I hope they consider improving in the future.

Very thorough investigation of my problem but over complicated and overly rapid explanation of my hearing problems.

The cost was somewhat of a surprise!

Qaasim was amazing. He went above and beyond to help sort me out with a hearing aid after a shock diagnosis of hearing loss. He put my mind at ease and catered to my specific requirements. Would definitely recommend to anyone with doubts about their hearing.

He was very helpful and patient. Answered all questions confidently. Smart and well mannered.

On the advice of Qaasim I used ear drops and had ear syringed, with no improvement so i returned to boots and managed to get an appointment the same day. Qassim adjusted my hearing aids which was a massive improvement.
Qassim was very helpful and made me feel at ease. I hope that I will be able to see him next time

Was really helpful, made sure i total understood everything that was going on.

Appointment started on time. Excellent explanation of the testing/diagnosis process. Clear recommendations for the range of aids available. Allowed a 15 minute walk around shops and outdoor area to experience various noise situations whilst wearing the chosen aids.

Thank you Qaasim for your patience and clear explanation about my hearing problem and how to fit/wear my new hearing aids. All very successful. I can now hear what people are saying on Radio 4. I can't wait to get back to the theatre!
