Had two appointments this week in Pontprennau , cardiff. They were fantastic , very attentive to issues so friendly. Overall , I have had a fantastic relationship with boots hearing care. I have been with them now for two years . Well done all

After service is terrible, 3 appointments cancelled, I asked for a refund after my cros aids stopped working, they sorted it out, but the manager decided to order me new cros aids, I went to the appointment waited an hour for no one to show, they tried getting someone else but they was nobody available, I walked out and I will be ringing head office to sort this out, nearly £3k, they quick in enough in taking your money but not quick enough to help you, once they got your money they don't want to know

The young lady was very good at making me feel relaxed , I had a thorough hearing test and was given the results in a way that made it all easier to understand . I was then shown my options and all was explained to me . A extremely helpful young lady ..thank you

The assistant Ben had real clarity in his explanations and his vast experience in the job put me at ease.

Ben was so informative and knowledgeable, also made the experience pleasurable.

The service from Ben and the team in Cardiff is second to none.

Everything was great. My only problem was the 4 visits needed in one week which is a bus journey from Pontypridd to Cardiff. This I found a little excessive. 1 visit to test my hearing. 2nd visit to have the hearing aids matched to my needs. 3rd visit to get my hearing aids and. 4th visit to pick them up the following day while they waited for the finance contract to be passed. Not what was expected as it’s all done on line and usually instant. Having said this, I am very happy with them now although this is my 1st day. But so much better than my NHS one

Ben Snowden is a personable chap, explains all the nuances ( positive and negative) about wearing hearing aids. Initially I was against behind yours ears aids, vanity was getting the better of me, however the superior quality of the sound with behind ears as apposed to inner ear changed my mind.

Very happy with my appointment with Ben. Very professional and explained in detail about the hearing test process. Returning on the 14th December to collect my new hearing aids. I will be recommending yourselves as my experience was 100%

Everything was explained in a very calm manner and I feel more comfortable about wearing a hearing aid in both ear.
