I have yet to pick up my hearing aids from Boots, but the customer service I have experienced thus far has been exemplary.

The audiologist explained everything…

The audiologist explained everything fully and answered my questions and gave me the choices of the different hearing aids. He explained the finer points of each one. I have only paid a deposit so far and will be picking my Phonak hearing aids up next week

Great service

Great service, went in to detail about hearing loss how the ear works, different reasons for hearing loss,
And when it came to choosing my hearing aid very helpful, explained fully the difference in the range, would definitely recommend

The service was great

The service was great, the gentleman that saw my mum was very good and patient as she’s not so mobile these days but he didn’t rush her at all . The only complaint is that it was so cold in the waiting room which only lead my mum to seize up a little bit more . But the staff were brilliant xxx
