A very professional assessment of my hearing issues. All my questions were answered in a simple and informative fashion, with various solutions for the hearing aids available.
I would recommend Boots in Congleton.

Very thorough testing and everything explained really well. Felt like I was being looked after by someone very experienced and knowledgeable about their job. Wish I had come to Boots when I first experienced hearing loss instead of another company that took my money and explained nothing and very little aftercare

I found the hearing expert put me at my ease and made the tests an enjoyable experience. He was very efficient and personable.

Considering I find the need for hearing aids stressful, your representative could not have been more reassuring. I found Alan very clear in taking me through the process, answering all my queries with an easy manner. FIVE stars.

The eye test was given in a professional way.
There was no mention of giving me the opportunity of trying N H S glasses, wich I will follow up.
Thought his sales pitch was brilliant.

I have been seen by several Boots audiologists over the last 18 months but Alan at Congleton Cheshire is by far the best. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable of hearing problems and just as importantly of the Boots computerised system so that it is set up to give the best performance for the patient, which in this case is me! Top marks for a top man.
