Appointments were easy to book and were on time; options were well explained; fitting was made easy and it was great to be able to try out the hearing aids during the long appointment.
Finance options were good too.

Efficient, thorough and understanding audiologist.

Very clear information and everything explained

The aids are very bad fitting as the come out all the time on the floor or lost in my clothes , they are far too flimsy for the cost of them !

He was a good man, and the Tests were good, and he explained it well. Very surprised that had no Paper results to take with me

Clear, easy to follow instructions. It's so lovely to be able to hear people talking without being close to them.

Audiologist was helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going to happen, clearly and concisely.
Testing area was private.
Impressed with being able to go out in to "The Mall" to experience wearing a pair of hearing aids programmed according to results, so that I could judge what it would be like before purchasing.
No hard sell to get me to purchase the relevant item.

Carl was courteous and professional when conducting his hearing assessments and making recommendations. He explanations of pathology and choices of aids were clear and unhurried.

I attended the appointments for hearing tests and hearing aid set up with my mother. The audiologist Laura could not have been kinder, more approachable or patient. She made both my mum and I feel supported and confident in determining that hearing aids were the way forward, the type chosen and the swift and convenient receipt and set up. Cannot praise her highly enough and thank her for her professionalism and excellent customer care. Will recommend 1000%!

Saw Mr Corbett,at Boots Cribbs Causeway. who was so good and understanding . He explained everything that had to be done while fitting the hearing aids in an easy and understanding way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing hearing aids Pam Birch .

Friendly staff. Everything fully explained. Able to change hearing aid as could not get used to in ear variety. This is very reassuring especially as its my first time using them. They take time to explain their use so u don't leave with questions unanswered

Olivia is amazing in Hearing Care. So professional, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and attentive. I would highly recommend visiting this store and seeing Olivia. All of her other colleagues I spoke with were also very warm & welcoming.

Wonderful and efficient service. NHS wait was for over a year. Seen here and dealt with in under 48 hours. Examination and testing was free but there is cost for the hearing aids! And that cost can be high,

I found Laura to be very very good and so helpful she was very friendly all in all great
