excellant service from your excellent staff

The gentleman was very professional and explained everything about my hearing and the hearing aids I bought

He was very helpful and explained exactly what was going on. I had never had such a comprehensive test before. Made me feel comfortable. Thanks

Poor communication, they kept cancelling appointments last minute and rescheduling, then cancel again!
Lack of thought or care for the customer, especially when they are elderly! Avoid Boots Hearing Care at all
Cost as they don’t CARE!

Empathetic knowledgeable advisor. I wasn't rushed and she clearly explained my hearing loss, how hearing aids work and the different types of aides available

The audiologist was extremely thorough in her examination but above all her gentle and caring approach made the whole experience highly satisfactory for an elderly and frail lady. Thank you Sandip

Update to my review below:
I can only assume that Boots Hearingcare complaints department are overwhelmed with unhappy customers because a week after promising to "reach out" to me (whatever that is supposed to mean) about the poor service mentioned in my review I have received no further communication whatsover. Similarly the complaint I had already lodged through their customer services department has also been totally ignored.

Everything started well: friendly professional service & after a thorough hearing check I was recommended hearing aids which were great. I was looking forward to the two week follow up appointment to fine tune my prescription but with only two days notice I was told my appointment was cancelled and the next available was in four weeks!!
So much for the excellent after care promised by Boots. I complained about this and threatened to return the aids and source some from a competitor but disappointingly Boots Hearingcare didn't seem too bothered if I did.
As a consequence of the poor customer service received I am reducing my rating from 4 to 1 stars and pending my next appointment (4 weeks late) I am having to adjust my £3,000 hearing aids by trial and error using the app. As a consequence I would not recommend Boots Hearingcare.

Prompt reliable service. I really liked the consultant who I had seen 2years previously & I felt very confident that she was conscientiously talking me through my options.

The audiologist was great very informative and pleasant. She explained everything in great detail. I was impressed to learn about the aftercare service which is a great bonus should I have any problems when I receive my hearing aids

First class customer service cannot fault

The lady was so caring and listened to what I had to say she understood my needs and I didn’t feel as though I had to get done and out the shop I also could go outside and try the hearing aids outside in the noise absolutely wonderful lady nothing was too much trouble

Very prompt and friendly, Sandeep was excellent at explaining everything in a clear concise way. An enjoyable experience.

My audiologist was warm, professional, showed empathy. Explained where Boots were superior to other providers in terms of country wide linkage and service. She explained options, including that I would qualify for an aid on the NHS, however services were limited, without pressure or making the NHS sound like the rubbish option that it is. She asked pertinent questions about my social life and expectations, with that in mind, she outlined two aids at different price points. I thoroughly enjoyed my walk about town, I was amazed with the hearing aid in the office, but around town, I have been missing so much. I felt more alive.
I am on the spectrum, but I felt very comfortable and have no problems returning for appointments.
