From the start to the finish was absolutely excellent there was no rush, everything was explained well, so all round a really excellent service.

Every part of the process to hearing aids was excellent. The audiologist explained things so well and straightforwardly. She was quite at ease. Very professional. Well done, Boots. You are a class act with a great staff member at my local store!

Kelly was able to demonstrate very well and clearly how to use my hearing aid .This was done with patience and good humour.
Would highly recommend Boots and Kelly.

Kelly is great she explains everything in easy to understand wording although not in a condescending manner. She makes the appointment fun.

I recently had more than one appointment about my hearing. At the first one on 27 February, I had a full review of my hearing loss history and a test. I tried out the latest Phonak Hearing Aids. I was given clear and full information on their operation, follow up services and appointments if purchased, prices and methods of payment for different products. A few weeks later I made a purchase. And a few weeks later I had a first review appointment. The audiologist, Kelly, was kind, provided clear information and was extremely efficient. I am, still at an early stage, very happy with these hearing aids purchased at a better price than at two other suppliers I visited.

Kelly was extremely nice and explained everything very clearly.

Lady who carried out hearing test was great, she knew her staff and explained in clear layman's terms my hearing problem after having ear's tested, lady also gave good advice regarding hearing aids.

Hi just like say on my three visits to Boots Hearing Deal, it has been a real pleasure and satisfaction on each occasion. Kelly is great at her job and nothing is too much trouble for her.
