If you're considering hearing aids, there's more to think about than just the brand, model, or price. Choosing the right company to go through is just as important.
You want a provider that not only offers good service but also supports you when things go wrong—because they inevitably will at some point.
I was fortunate to go to Boots Hearingcare in Didcot, where the audiologist Jimmy Hart looked after me. To say he's good at his job is an understatement. He’s not pushy, doesn’t try to sell you anything unnecessary—just what you actually need to hear properly again.
The aftercare has been excellent. Whenever I’ve needed an appointment, I’ve never had to wait long, and Jimmy has always managed to sort out any issues I’ve had.
Honestly, I’m really glad I chose Boots in Didcot.

I took my 85 year old father to have his hearing tested. He is also partial blind, he was made to feel very welcome and comfortable with the whole process and it was explained at all stages in a clear. I would to thank Jimmy the great service he gave us.

James was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. He takes time to listen & understand your needs and budget. At no time did it feel like you were being rushed and for me came up with the perfect hearing aids. I had been recommend to him from my son & friend & I could can see now why. Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took plenty of time to treat me

The hearing aid was shown by the installatuion test to be defective, the first time that the assistant had encountered the problem in 3 years. Otherwise no problem.

I have had an amazing experience with Jimmy my audiologist. So caring and determined to make sure I get the hearing aid that is perfect for me. I cannot fault the care and attention that he has provided.

Excellent staff explained everything very well

The hearing care consultant was good humoured, caring and helpful. He gabe me full information on the tests which were aplied and the type of hearing aids I was being offered. When it came to the fitting he took trouble to ensure that I knew how to operate the aids and to ensure that they fitted poperly. It was a complete service.

I have attended Boots Didcot hearing care centre on several occasions, appointments have always been exactly on time, staff efficient and courteous.

To get the best out of modern hearing aids you do need a skillfull audiologist who is willing to put in time and effort to achieve this. James has worked hard to get the optimum performance out of my hearing aids.

Saw James Hart today at the Didcot branch who tested my hearing and my daughter's too. Was very professional, warm and friendly and explained things clearly. Thank you.
