Good thorough service, very helpful and knowledge about my needs

Extremely happy the way the audiologist explained everything.

Awful service here!!

First I was left waiting far too long for my eye test. Then, after finally choosing my glasses, I was told you don’t take cash. I came back days later to pay by card and was kept waiting yet again only to be told the glasses I’d chosen weren’t even saved and had been lost.”

Disgraceful customer service, I won’t be returning

Booked a full hearing test,this was carried out very professionally. I felt totally relaxed throughout. Test proved that my hearing was inpared the audiologist input my details into a test pair of hearing aids and allowed me to walk around the branch and out side,the difference was mind blowing. I could not believe that my hearing was so limited. I purchased a pair of Phonak Audeo, returned to the store two hours later to pick up my new hearing aids. I write this a very happy Easter Bunny!!!!!!!

On time ,every thing explained really well ,very informative, details of my test fully understood. Encouraged to try hearing aids inside shop and out side in street.

After booking initial assessment, appointment was cancelled by Boots Hearingcare. No explanation, just advised to rebook. This happened again twice before I managed to get the hearing screening completed. The actual assessment and the Audiologist were both excellent. Advised to book for a more detailed 75 minute assessment, which I did. This appointment has just been cancelled for the 3rd time!!!! Again no explanation just rebook. Message did say we will ring you ......still waiting! I even tried another branch but the cancellation still happened. So 4 months on from initial contact no further forward. I chose boots for its normally good reputation, but the name/COMPANY IS BEING LET DOWN BY THIS SERVICE!

The lady explained everything to me about the hearing test and after the test she explained the results, she then fitted a hearing aid for me too experience and told me that I could upgrade within the 90 day trial if I wanted a better hearing aid.

Excellent service with no pressure to purchase but a very thorough assessment to ensure the correct fit and functionality.

The whole procedure was made very uncomplicated and easy. I have worn 1 hearing aid before. The hearing test was thorough and revealed additional hearing loss. The lady doing the test was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I have now collected my new hearing aids and am getting used to having two.

I am trialing two new hearing aids but not with much success.
After several visits to the Doncaster clinic and testing several attachments. The left aid has failed on a couple of occasions and is not working at all.
Trying to get after care during the early period is virtually none existent. So what happens when your guarantee runs out. Probably nothing !!
By the way the service call line costs a fortune to use

My appointment commenced on time. The staff member was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

A punctual and professional appointment. Clear explanations and guidance regarding my hearing problems and the best way forward. We compared various aids and which were most suitable for my needs and way of life.

Really painless test and giving off results. All clearly explained and hearing aids are fab. Good advise on choosing type and fitting them.
I did forget to get my boots points on the nfiunal balance though.
