Think John was very thorough throughout, everything explained properly. Can’t wait to have my new hearing are fitted.
He explained the decline of my hearing after doing test and advised that hearing aids would be required It was explained to me very clearly how the hearing aids work and what my options were.
I was very apprehensive but the way Phil the duty audiologist put me at ease and very comprehensively provided the relevant information and he was professional and and helpful in my choice of the aid... もっと見る

Strange meeting with Phil last week. Had used the recommended hearing aid he supplied without much improvement in hearing. He more or less told me ‘hard luck’ without any alternative offered. No further advice or help, despite me asking to try in ear aids at the previous appointment. I felt as though he could not get rid of me quick enough.

Service was first class y fortunately the task of having to climb a flight of stairs not really easy access for me
John was so nice and patient which put me at ease as I get quite nervous owing to my hearing loss so it made a good experience
I got this reply from Boots about my last review "Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to learn of your recent experience with us.
We aim to make sure our customers get a high level of advice, care and aftercare and we are continually improving.

Unfortunately I got the above reply on 21 March( 12 days ago) . I have sent my details as requested and Ive had nothing since, so Ive had to drop the review down to one star.

It was explained to me very clearly how the hearing aids work and what my options were.
The experience was good and the audiologist was helpful and explained thing simply and put us at ease
Easy to get a hearing audiologist was very efficient explain everything I needed to know.
I found John to be very knowledgeable and professional.
Felt very much at ease. Explained things clearly. Wasn't at all pushy.
