Peter made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable, explaining everything as we went through the examination and the setting up of me hearing aids.

The man I worked with to get my hearing Aids was very friendly very professional and informative was prompt with appointments and accommodate many issues but he got there in end with more appointments for follow up my Husband also got hearing aids through the same man

Peter at the Gyle Shopping centre branch put my mum at ease straight away as she has been so reluctant to get hearing aids for a while. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She left feeling great and confident about wearing them and can’t wait to pick them up next week. Great range of products too!

My experience at Boots Hearing Clinic was very positive. Apointments were quick and I was not kept waiting. The service I received from two diffrent members of staff was professional and very helpful. All my questions were answered.

The Audiologist, Peter, carried out the hearing test, explained the results quite clearly, ordered my new hearing aids and arranged an appointment for me to return 3 days later to have them fitted. Very happy so far, I have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks to have them fine tuned.
