1st Class service and helped alot

The hearing test was very thorough. The audiologist was very reassuring. She listened carefully to everything I could tell her about my hearing problems. She was patient, kind and friendly and she gave all information clearly. I was able to leave wearing my new hearing aids with confidence and with the assurance of support and after-care.

Marion was very helpful, explaining everything as the tests went on. Was disappointed as the Boots hearing shop didn’t have a customers toilet to use, as a person with a stomach disorder this wasn’t very helpful, had to leave the shop and find a public toilet!

Everything went very smoothly, the appointment was on time and everything was explained to me and nothing was rushed.

Helpful and friendly audiologist. Able to provide me with hearing aids that same day. Helped me to adjust to sounds in street by taking me for walk and into coffee shop. Able to offer further appointments for fine-tuning hearing aid and advice.

Very thorough and revealing tests were very well explained by the audiologist. She then went through the options and sorted me a pair of hearing aids, which have been a delight to use so far.

Marion was super friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything, do a very through hearing assessment in multiple ways, was clear and honest on hearing position and did options. Explored pricing choices and created personalised solutions. Consequently I have very high assurance that doing the right thigh, with tight product and appropriate price point - and a future strong and supportive advice relationship. 5/5 but 10/10 really. Excellent customer-centric service. Impressive!!

The young lady was so kind and understanding and patient as Michael has Dementia.

Very comprehensive audiology tests. Phonak ear pieces are technical marvels and definitely do the job (though pretty expensive). They are configurable to your hearing needs and can be adjusted in the future if things change.

My hearing care consultant is excellent. She has been extremely patient and very helpful regarding the set up of my hearing aids. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes to great lengths to make my hearing aids work for me.

Great experience. Best thing was that Marion is willing to help me get my hearing aids tweaked any time. She’s extremely helpful.
