Excellent-From hearing test to fit of my hearing aids, Richard was professional gave clear description of results and use of new aids with follow up appointment to review my experience.

Boots Opticians Exmouth, have provided first class service to my 4 year old daughter. From our first interaction the service, professionalism, patience, and understanding have been superb. Nothing has been too much, even after we returned with a snapped off arm less than 24hrs after collecting her glasses - which was repaired there and then! Fantastic. Thank you.

There was no pushing me to buy a product. All the focus was on my hearing and what/why it has got bad.
He could have been talking sh__e for all I know…..but when he put the aids he’d programmed into my ears I then realised the difference.
I hope they work as good in the real world when I get them!

My audiologist Mark was very thorough and explained the results of my test in sufficient detail for me and my wife to understand. At all times friendly and helpful I would recommend him and Boots Hearingcare to anyone who suspects that their hearing is in any way impaired.
