The lady was very helpful and explained every clearly And was in no hurry

I’m writing this on behalf of my Mum. She has been going to Boots hearing for years , absolutely loves the service at the Falkirk store.
Over the years her hearing has deteriorated but quite significantly in the last wee while and is very deaf. She has two hearing aids. On this last visit, Sandra at the Falkirk store spent a lot of time explaining about the new model of hearing aid available, let my mum try them out in store so she could see the difference compared to her old ones. It was amazing what she was able to hear compared to before.

As well as getting the Phonak hearing aids my Mum got the Phonak Roger On 3 mic which is fantastic! My Mum can now hear and take part in conversations in noisy places e.g restaurants,family gatherings.
The Roger on mic has various modes depending on the situation. Pointing mode if talking with someone in front of you, table mode,where you leave it on the table and it picks up everyone’s conversation.
When the charging station is plugged into the TV , put the Roger On mic into charge, the hearing aids tune into it and it’s much easier for my mum to hear the tv, she doesn’t need to have the volume up really loud deafening everyone else!

All in all, my Mum is delighted with the care Sandra took to find the right products for her and “being able to hear everyone properly again” has been life changing for her.

The service and care from Sandra at Boots has been excellent. I am profoundly deaf, but she has ensured that I am getting the right products for me. This has meant the Phonak Audeo I90 - Sphere which has been a revelation in terms of the ability to manage different environments, and the Phonak Roger On 3 mic which is absolutely amazing!

The Roger On is completely life changing and means I can confidently take part in conversations in noisy environments, or in meetings etc. Pointing mode, table mode and being able to control the directionality with the app is brilliant. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Wouldn’t change a thing, everything was done to the highest standard and I felt very comfortable with the way I was treated, will recommend you to friends if they need your advice.

From my first hearing test to my fitting everything was explained in great detail how the hearing aid worked cleaning and so on .

It was the best hearing test that I have ever experienced. When the hearing aids were ready and fitted, I could immediately hear clearly - something that has never happened before with previously bought aids. I am delighted with my new Boots hearing aids.

Such a good experience. Sandra was thorough, professional, but very gentle . She took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood. Looking forward to getting my aids next week .
