Excellent Service.

Easy to book appointment. Everything clearly explained on first appointment including prices. Hearing thoroughly checked and results shown and explained. On my second appointment to collect my hearing aids again everything was clearly and patiently explained.

Rubbish American Accen

Only the delightful assistant made it a all right.

I am disgusted that part of the hearing test meant I had to listen to a sentence and repeat. The American software meant it was an American with a very thick accent which was almost impossible to understand. How was I meant to repeat without understanding? I will advise anyone needing hearing tests to avoid Boots!
