Martin Paterson-Brown at Boots Hearingcare was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions properly, and made the whole process feel calm and straightforward. I really appreciated how thorough and approachable he was. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a hearing check.

Short brown haired lady was very rude, unwalcoming and didn't even try to help me in any way shape or form. Go to another boots these people are honestly not supposed to be pharmacists, refused over the counter medication with me going there for the first time. Asked for my ID when im nearly 30 years old just to make it a harder time witch I didnt have because you can very clearly see im of age. All round unprofessional. Won't be returning and spreading the word that this clinic is not one that cares about your health, just grumpy pharmacists taking it out on customers. Disappointed beyond belief

I had a great experience at the Farnham branch. Martin was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions however minor they were.
He explained the whole process throughout the hearing test and was able to accommodate my narrow ear canal and small ears.
