Very good and helpful advice no pressure to buy.

My hearing has been deteriorating for many years to the point where I could not hear my grandchildren or adults speaking quietly. I booked a hearing test with Boots Hearing Care and discussed the various options for hearing aids.
The whole process was very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised on how much the hearing aids improved by hearing.
When I went to collect my new hearing aids I wore them to drive home and was amazed how I could now hear every little noise in the car.
Highly recommended.

I saw Beth in folkestone boot's, she's so friendly and helpful and guided me through the whole experience of my hearing test, and I was impressed with the fact there was no hard sale tactics, I chose my aids myself and happily went for the top of the range. very impressed with Beth.

Beth was very kind and patient. She was very good at explaining the hearing test process, the results and answered all of my queries.
She was very good at explaining the options available to me and was able to help with my specific needs.

Everything was explained clearly and it was easy to understand. The tests were very easy to do and it was great to get the results straight away.

All information and advice given was clear and precise, and the gentleman was extremely helpful would definitely recommend.

Good equipment, thorough examination and excellent audiologist who explained everything very clearly.

Right hearing aid stopped working after only a few days and wouldn’t hold charge. All returned to manufacturer for replacement. Audiologist was very helpful but even he couldn’t fix it. At over £3000, this unreliability is appalling.

It is never easy admitting to yourself that it’s that time and to preserve peace in the household have a hearing test knowing full well the outcome. I need not have worried Garry Jackson the audiologist was a pleasure to deal with, he was empathetic, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Garry explained each step of the various tests giving detailed easy to understand information on the results. My hearing had deteriorated to such an extent that hearing aids were now a necessity, Garry explained in detail the types and pros and cons of each, I was never put under any pressure to purchase. I decided to purchase a set of Phonak Life 90 hearing aids which Garry setup for me. I can now hear the birdsong again. I received an excellent service and can highly recommend Boots Hearing Service.
