The gentleman that dealt with me for my hearing test and hearing aids I will receive was outstanding. Took his time, explained and was super friendly!

No fuss, no bother, everything explained, felt very satisfied with the outcome

I went in to get a whole new set of makeup. I was helped by Mia who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't know a lot about makeup and she explained how each product would look and how to apply it. She color matched my foundation and concealer and then helped me pick brushes as well as other items. She made me feel really at ease even though I didn't know a lot about makeup and I'm extremely happy with all the products I've purchased.

Friendly service that put me at ease very quickly. Clear and concise explanation of what was happening and what it meant. No heavy sales pitch.

My advisor Kenny was fantastic , he made me feel at ease within seconds into my appointment right until I left. He was excellent at his job explaining all about what I should expect from my experience at your hearing clinic. I even called another relative on the way home to see if he could help her with her hearing problems.1st class service most impressed

Superb service from Boots Hearing Care. Easy to understand information and amazing difference in my hearing instantly.

Jacob was extremely helpful and patient in taking me through both the hearing test and the process of trying and buying my first set of hearing aids.
I was a bit nervous beforehand but Jacob explained each step and what I should expect to happen then showed me where the deficiencies in my hearing were and how the hearing aids could improve that.
I was given good instruction on how to put in, clean & care for my hearing aids and have a follow up appt booked to check how I am getting on with them and if any adjustments are needed.
Overall I was very impressed with the process and the level of service provided.

I am new to Boots Hearingcare as I previously had NHS hearing aids but decided to investigate another form of hearing aids. My only complaint is that it's not easy to get an appointment and the phone lines are always busy.

Kenny in Braehead has great product knowledge along with an engaging personality, and he could easily answer all my questions and made me feel totally comfortable that I was ordering the right product for me.
