The audiologist has been fantastic, He is thorough, compassionate and concerned about his client, the pace of information given and the process overall.
He has given me understanding which is supporting my developing confidence in the use of my aids. I have been wearing them for 2 days now and feel that I am doing well. I look forward to my review next week.

Great experience for my 95 year old mum. Treated with respect and hopefully her aids will sort out her difficulty hearing for the future.

Really professional and explained everything very well. The problem with my hearing was clearly explained along with the options.
I was provided with excellent service and walked out with what I would describe as a life changing pair of aids. I could not be more impressed.
