Rodica was excellent at explaining how I can improve how I use my hearing aids

Efficiency, informative and very friendly

Great experience today. Went for a free 15 minute hearing test. At the Guildford branch.
Rodica was very efficient and explained everything to me at each stage of the test.
Will return again in a year.

My first experience of needing hearing aids. I had a hearing test at the Guildford branch. Chris, the audiologist, was friendly, professional and set me at ease. I selected a Phonak hearing aid. It has been a life changer. The after care was superb.

New hearing aids were faulty. Sent back for repair. Came back still faulty. Audiologist started again and ordered new set. They arrived without the customised domes. Still have to wait. I've been backwards and forwards to Guildford and it's costing me time and money . I've paid nearly £1000 already in deposit, monthly payments and a TV connector and still don't have anything to show for it. Appt on 12 Dec cancelled for no reason. New date of 30 Dec. Really awful service. No fault of audiologist who is doing her best. Wait to hear when to get hearing aids. Not hopeful and may cancel and ask for full refund.

Excellent description and explanation of the results.
Purchase options and follow up carefully explained, did not feel rushed.

Everything seemly very efficient albeit the sooner the new facilities over the road are much needed

A good range of Hearing aids which were carefully demonstrated and explained. A pity that Boots cancelled two appointments without any explanation.

The people achieved the business. The location in the middle of Guildford is not good but the product is the best I have tried and the people made the difference.

Chris our Guildford audiologist made the daunting experience of buying hearing aids so easy and pleasurable explaining every last detail without any time issues. He has made himself available to me for ongoing questions and help and I am now enjoying the best hearing I have had for months.

Helpful, attentive and welcoming. A bit daunting as a process for someone who has not had a hearing aid before.

Really happy with the service we were given ,my husband has found it difficult to get on with hearing aids the audiologist took us through every step making sure we were happy before he went on,best outcome he has some aids that I know he will wear and we also have an aid that connects to the tv, so no more unbearable volume, neighbours will be pleased !!

I was a bit daunted about the idea of having hearing aids but Christopher Clayton (Guildford Boots) put me at ease immediately. He was very kind and gentle and explained everything very well and answered all my questions very patiently.

Brilliant and patient service. Nothing is too much trouble and everything was explained so well
