Azraa was friendly and very clear with full instructions telling me about my new hearing aids.
The follow up appointment were the same.

This review is to do with the price as the service received was good overall.quoted £2800 for 1 phonak earing aid and if I wanted the pair it was £3600! Went to specsavers the same hearing aid was £1900 and £2700 if I wanted both.In the end bought from specsavers.How can the price be so different both big companies so buying power should be good,smacks of profits to me.

Owing to poor customer service from a young guy who told me to wait for hearing test in wrong place, making me 5 mins late for test. The woman who was to do test, then stated very uncivilly that being 5 mins late I would have to wait to end of qué. Certainly never using Boots again if this is an example of their staff customer service.

Always great treatment and advice from Nicola and Awais . Both have great interpersonal skills. I would highly recommend Boots Hearing Care in Halifax.

The audiologist Claire was very knowledgeable,helpful and professional. She made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. The difference with my new hearing aid is remarkable and taylor made to my individual requirements

My partners Boots Hearingcare appointment was very thorough and informative. The hearing aids he was given to wear as a trial are amazing and will improve his day to day living as he has been missing so much due to hearing loss. My partner always thought I was mumbling and there was nothing wrong with his hearing (much). Now he can hear bird song and the tv is not blasting out. The Hearingcare Specialist was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I thoroughly recommend making an appointment if you’re struggling with hearing loss. A thorough examination that was informative with clear explanations to provide an understanding into the data found that was revealed. I would definitely recommend the service.

Until I started the process I.e. initial hearing test, discussion around was it the right time for me to consider a hearing aid, which hearing aid, etc etc I had no idea how involved the process was. I now have my hearing aids and am very happy with the result. My audiologist was brilliant! I was never rushed to make decisions, I was basically helped through the process by having discussions and us both deciding the result.

The Audiologist Awais Elahi was patient and very thorough. He persisted and removed a pre-historic lump of earwax which improved my hearing considerably. After his excavation no hearing aid was required, but I will have no hesitation in buying one there if / when necessary.
