A very polite, friendly and knowledgeable young lady who helped me find the hearing aids for me. I can now hear sounds that I could never hear with my old hearing aids and feel that I am going to be able to get my confidence back when interacting with other people.

I used the Hartlepool brach for a hearing test and follow up appointments. They were brilliant I showing me how to use my hearing aids and setting them up properly. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately there was a mix up concerning my hearing aids,.wether they had been sent for repair or not.I waited three weeks, ringing the call centers,nobody could tell me what's happening..Until I was wàs contacted by the audiologist at the Hartlepool shop,and the problem was sorted within two weeks.Thanks to Natilie.

If I could give it no stars I would. My mother has been using the Hartlepool branch of boots hearing care. Her top of the range phonak hearing aids have been problematic from first getting them. However, today, the audiologist Mr Crofts quite literally ranted at me and my mother - he was shouting at the top of his voice. I question his abilities as an audiologist and he completely lacks professionalism. I look forward to the area manager contacting me to listen to the recording of the appointment.
