Boots Hearingcare - Havant レビュー

Excellent service, kind, compassionate and patient audiologist.

The audiologist offered outstanding advice, experience, friendliness, and knowledge. Superb in every way. I would truly recommend the audiologist I had, and I very much appreciated that it was the same specialist at every appointment.

Hannah is amazing and guided me through every aspect of the hearing test, aids fitting and programming and settling up Bluetooth. I now have the most up to date hearing aids on the market and I'm thrilled to bits- such a boon to my life

This is the first time I’ve worn hearing aids, Hannah was very thorough and helpful, this is the best hearing test that I’ve ever received. I would highly recommend boots hearing centre

Top class service from Hannah at Havant
Not rushed or pressured & Hannahs extremely professional and a really lovely girl
My hearing aids have changed my life quite literally

Rediculous amount of individual emails each giving information sent giving info ref hearing aids , tests and available help Same info if sent in one go as a booklet would make much more sense

The staff at Boots are so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have had three experiences in the past 12 months, the last appointment being on Tuesday 11th August 2026, when Hannah reviewed my experience with the Roger pen, purchased last month.

My mum was made to feel very calm and at ease. The audiologist was very kind and caring. I felt he was trying to help my mum not sell us a product.
I cannot wait for her new hearing aids. It will make such a difference to all our family and best of all Mum.

Very informative and knowledgeable. Felt secure in my choice of product and happy with answers to all my questions. Finance easy and relatively quick to process. Only comment, would be good if connecting my phone was part of the introduction and initial process as s vital day to day need.

Excellent every went well .

Everything was explained very clearly and I didn’t feel that I was pressurised into making any rash decisions . Hannah has a charming manner and is very approachable.

Hannah was so thorough and professional and followed up the appointment with an email offering any ongoing help and support as I became accustomed to wearing the aids. All aspects of the tests were very clearly explained making the whole process easier to understand and what to expect. First class all round.

I have been extremely impressed by the initial and ongoing service provided by Hannah Green. She explains things so well and takes such care. I would highly recommend her.

Exceptional care taken and the understanding of what was required.
From start to finish was kept informed and nothing was too much bother.
Well done and thank you. 😊

Hannah Green is the ultimate professional, who explained everything concerned with an ear blockage and provided excellent advice as to the next courses of action. She was also delightful, friendly and respectful. In short, first class. Thank you.

Easy to book appointment which was extremely thorough with a very professional and patient clinician, Hannah. I was able to test the hearing aid around the shopping centre to ensure I was happy with them before purchase.

The shop was clean and tidy and well ordered.
Gary, the audiologist was very professional and helpful.
The staff, Peter & Nicky where very efficient and a credit to the company!
Thank you all!

Hannah was very informative and explained how my personal hearing was so I understood why I should have hearing aids. I didn't want to have them at all until I listened to her.

Kind and considerate never condescending. Thorough test and experience of proposed aids. Hopefully a successful visit.
