Very helpful and informative with a clear explanation of the process and the options. Answered all questions very well.

I felt I was looked after extremely well by Michael, he made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and left me feeling in full confidence with his advice. Boots you are lucky to have someone like Michael on your staff, a really nice and genuine man.

I ve had many Assessments in my life for eyes and ears and found Michàels assessment of my ears outstanding .
His experience in depth was unparallelled but he wore it lightly and reduced explanations thoughtfully, being very keen that I should be
jointly part of his understanding.Equally he probed kindly for my views. I cannot really say how grateful I am to him for a human approach to a necessarily technical experience. I am thrilled to collect my hearing aids Monday at 4 o c which I know will be perfect for me.

I felt that I was rushed through being shown the new hearing aids. When I asked to test the bluetooth system by ringing my phone, I was told that the landline didn't work.
