Katie was very professional, meticulous and informative when I bought a new pair of hearing aids. She is friendly and attentive.

The whole test was extremely well explained, and it made making the final decision which hearing aid to would be best for me.
Now waiting to see if I can get on with them.

My appointment with Rebecca was helpful and informative. I was given a full hearing test and then told about my choices. Although a difficult decision on my behalf, it was made so much easier by her kind and gentle demeanour.

The audiologist was very professional, but welcoming and friendly, so I quickly felt at ease.
The hearing test was very thorough and was explained in detail.
The only downside, was the lack of brand choice, however the Phonak demonstration was such a revelation in the clarity of sound that I had been missing, that I am going forward with a purchase.

Seen promptly. Very helpful & pleasant audiologist - Rebecca. As this was my first experience of purchasing hearing aids the whys & wherefores were patiently explained to me in a way I felt confident that my purchase was the correct one for me.

Your Audiologist Rebecca single-handedly assured my purchase of hearing aids. Previous visits to the store left me totally unhappy about taking this step - Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable, patient and covered every aspect of the subject; resulting in my purchase of three & a half thousand pounds worth of kit. Wouldn't have made the purchase without her input.

To be totally honest fed up with NHS to give me another hearing test.I already have 2 NHS hearing aids but over the last couple of years hearing had got worse and waited over a year now for a new test.Boots audiologist has been amazing.Furst time I have actually seen my results on screen.So helpful and not pushy to buy.I collect my new aids next week and can't wait.Audilogist also gave me a speech listening test never had before.Brilliant service and customer care,would I recommend..yes 100%

Thorough audiology test with easy to understand explanation of findings. Taken through various options of hearing aids available and their suitability for my situation. No hard sell just good information.

Priya, the audiologist, was friendly, competent and thorough
